Not all glass damage can be repaired. We may need to inspect the damage before determining whether a repair is appropriate. If we determine that a repair cannot be performed, we may recommend another option, such as replacement by a qualified provider.
Information on our website is for general informational purposes. It is not a substitute for an in-person assessment of your vehicle or glass damage.
Booking and appointments
When you submit a booking request, you are asking us to provide service; your request does not guarantee an appointment. An appointment is confirmed when we contact you and agree on the service, location, and time.
Please provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle, the damage, your location, and how we can contact you. You must have the authority to authorize the requested work on the vehicle.
Appointment times are estimates. We may need to reschedule because of weather, unsafe conditions, traffic, equipment issues, or other circumstances. If a change is necessary, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information you provided.

Service location and access
Because we provide mobile service, you are responsible for providing a safe and accessible location where we can perform the work. Please ensure that:
- We have permission to access the vehicle and perform the service at the location.
- The vehicle is available at the agreed time.
- The work area is reasonably safe and suitable for the repair.
We may decline, pause, or reschedule service if the location, weather, vehicle condition, or other circumstances make it unsafe or impractical to perform the work.
Estimates, pricing, and authorization
Prices shown on our website are subject to change. The price for your service will be communicated to you before work begins. Applicable taxes or other charges will be disclosed as required by law.
You may request a written estimate before work begins. Where Minnesota’s Truth in Repairs Act applies, we will comply with its requirements for estimates, authorization, invoices, and charges. For example, when an applicable written estimate is provided, charges generally may not exceed 110% of the estimated total unless the law’s requirements for a revised estimate and authorization are met. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under that law.
If we find that additional work is necessary or that the service differs from what was originally discussed, we will explain the proposed work and obtain any authorization required by law before proceeding.
Payment
You agree to pay the agreed charges for services you authorize and receive, together with any applicable taxes. We will inform you of the available payment methods and when payment is due.
If you provide a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and that the information you provide is accurate.

Repair results and existing damage
The purpose of an auto glass repair is to address eligible damage; it may not restore the glass to its original appearance. The repaired area may remain visible, and results can vary depending on the size, location, age, and condition of the damage, as well as other factors.
Existing damage can spread or change, including during the repair process. We will assess the damage and discuss any concerns we identify before proceeding. If a repair is not appropriate, we may decline to perform it.
Any specific warranty or guarantee offered for a repair will be communicated separately. Nothing in these Terms takes away any warranty or remedy required by law.
Insurance
If you intend to use insurance for a repair, you are responsible for confirming your coverage and any applicable deductible or claim requirements with your insurer. Coverage and payment decisions are made by your insurer under your policy.
We do not guarantee that an insurer will cover a repair or pay a particular amount. You are responsible for any amount you have agreed to pay that is not paid by your insurer, subject to applicable law and any agreement governing the repair.
